At Chronology, we want your home to feel timeless; if a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges on all eligible home goods.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, including all protective inserts, to ensure the product remains in mint condition during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
